Is Yoga for everybody?
I would say yes it is. There are many different forms of Yoga. This helps you to choose the best form of practice based on your life situation and possible injuries from the past.A few weeks ago I wrote about the importance of listening to your body. Well, that has a lot to do with Restorative Yoga. Restorative Yoga means using "props" and adjusting your practice eg. due to possible injuries. Props include blankets, blocks, straps, bolsters etc. They help to accommodate poses to each student's body so that the student can practice without strain. Before Yoga class, you most likely don't know what poses your teacher is planning to do. This also means you don't know what props you might need in advance. That's why it's always good to grab a few prop options next to you before class. This will help you get everything out of your practice and more importantly avoid getting injured.Use props :)!LIGHTRAIL YOGA TEACHER TRAININGhttp://www.lightrailyoga.com/
