Mala & Meditation Circle

A Mala is a string of 108 beads traditionally used during meditation to count prayers, recite mantras, affirmations, or intentions. Join us for this hands-on workshop where you’ll be guided through a heart-centered meditation that may inspire your creativity.

By creating your Mala in a small gathering where everyone is working towards the same goal, we will amplify its properties and your connection to your piece. At the end of the day, you go home with a beautiful piece of jewelry that serves your highest and best good.

This three-hour meditation circle is held at an indoor location at Miami Beach and facilitated by Martha Coya & Radha-Krishna Lila.

There is something truly special about be-ing and being fully present with like minded souls; communing together in a creative activity; especially when there is an underlying spiritual focus. On the day, we will undertake various ceremonial acts to welcome you into the gathering, invite healing and also celebrate and dedicate your Mala.
Listening. Intuiting. Feeling

Set a personally meaningful intention or mantra to be integrated into your Mala necklace as you tie on each bead, with step-by step instruction on how to tie the knots. The Mala that you create will be the embodiment of the intention that you infuse into it, an affirmation of empowerment and a unique piece of jewelry, consciously designed and created by you for you.

A talk about the meaning and history of malas; Sacred Cacau meditation to set your intention; crystal beads, seed beads, thread and material to make a tassel all provided; chakra meditation; discover the joy of creating a unique piece of spiritual art that resonates with your soul and empowers your journey; enjoy conversation with tea and snacks to share!
