The most important thing is that you prioritize this time and honor it. Your sadhana might include Sun Salutations, asanas, meditation, chanting, kriyas, reading spiritual texts and journaling.
-
Mobility & Movement
Mobility matters. Explore the demands of our practice and how mobility compliments and supports asana.
Mobility in our joints helps decrease the risk of injury. Improving your mobility teaches your joints how to bear load at vulnerable or extreme positions. We typically sustain injuries when performing a movement that is outside of our bodies “comfort” zone or safe range. If we maximize the mobility in our joints we are making them more comfortable in extreme ranges and less susceptible to damage while under load.
