Savasana, “Corpse Pose”, one of my favorites but the hardest to master
When you first start going to Yoga, Corpse Pose seems like a piece of cake (at least to me it did)! Lying down on the back for a few minutes after class, sounds very easy, who can’t do that, right?Once you start studying more about this pose and understand the idea behind it, you might figure out it’s not that easy. But don't give up! There are a lot of benefits in this pose. First of all it relaxes your body and mind, recharges your system and enhances respiratory functioning. While lying on your back, you should remember to keep the arms a little wider than the mat; palms facing upwards, let the feet fall open to the side and close your eyes.LIGHTRAIL YOGA TEACHER TRAININGhttp://www.lightrailyoga.com/
