Commitment

 Doing the teacher training course has been a hard but very blissful challenge for me. Committing to weekends of yoga and a lot of studying after 10 years of having graduated, takes a lot of dedication and desire to be a yogi.As time has gone by and we are closer to the day of being certified, I look back and I already know so much more than I did, that it makes every long saturday and sunday of long studying and the body soreness during the week, very very worth it.I thank God every day for giving me the opportunity and possibility of doing this training, and to be sharing this practice and path with such beautiful people: Radha, Benjamin, Susana and Jessi.Namaste.     LIGHTRAIL YOGA TEACHER TRAININGhttp://www.lightrailyoga.com/
