You don’t have to be a vegetarian or vegan. You don’t have to be a monk and ascetic. You don’t have to quit your job and leave your family and friends. You don’t have to give up your favorite hobbies and pastimes. You don’t have to be the perfect yogi to teach others.All you need is an open heart and mind and a desire to change for the better.
